I research pretty much everything, Im a little obessed with that stuff - well more cause it keeps me busy lol.

I bought what i liked and now lucky me, there's a recall on those cribs...

I actually got my crib from the people I babysit for... they spent ALOT of money on it when they bought it... and its still in good shape. It lasted 3 years with their son so I'm sure my son will be just fine in it! I couldn't pass up a FREE crib!

I read the reviews on all the furniture we purchased. I figured since they were still for sale that they hadn't been recalled LOL! So, I didn't check for that! I did make sure the part that holds up the crib mattress is not slats & is solid wood
