Do you plan to purchase a convertible crib (either the 3-in-1 or the 4-in-1)?

If so - do you plan on definitely using it as your child grows?

BTDT moms who have convertible cribs.. did you convert to a toddler/full size bed when your child was old enough?

Ive got a 3 - in - 1 ; Its from Babies r Us ; <a href="http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Nursery/Cots-and-Cotbeds/Porto-3in1-Cotbed-Natural-Finish(0016218)" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Babies-R-Us/Nurse...Finish(0016218)</a>

We def plan to use it as Logan grows, were also be buying another one exactly the same to match for this baby, as theres only an 18 month age gap & we dont want to put Logan into a full size single bed at that age. Logan will be in the toddler bed & the baby will have her own cot.

Were hoping to have seperate bedrooms for them - even if that aint until they are older. So once they have their own rooms & out grow the toddler bed the cot will convert into a sofa for them.

We plan on using it for his toddler bed, but after that we'll probably buy him a new "big boy" furniture set.

We bought a 4-in-1 convertible and the matching dresser. We will use this furniture for all of our babies and then when we are done having kids, the set will grow with the last child. We spent a little more to get some really nice pieces that do not really look too babyish.

we bought a convertible crib for DS and we did convert it to the toddler stage and bought the rails to convert to a full bed but it is now back to the crib stage for the baby. We will eventually convert it to the full size bed to be used by either one of the boys when they are older. It will also be the guest bed when people come visit.

We converted ours to a toddler bed, when Brinlee was ready to move out of her crib. However, her bedroom isn't big enough for a full size bed with all of her toys in her room, so we bought her a twin size bed instead of converting the crib to the full-size bed. We might just use it (the crib/full size bed frame) as an extra bed in a spare room once we move. We'll convert Isabel's to a toddler bed as well, and we'll see about space once she's out of a toddler bed. I'd really like ot put the girls in the same room and buy them bunk beds... but who knows. That's still a while away.

This is the crib we have for both girls but in a different finish. You can click through the pictures below the main crib photo to see how it converts.

That crib is very beautiful! I love the look of it as a toddler bed as well! So cute, esp. for little girls

We got a 3 in 1 for Kennedy she will use it for years unless we get pregnant really fast then we will get her a big girl bed and let our next baby use her 3 in one crib.
