Are you currently decorating a nursery/kid's room? I'm going to be helping my Step Mom decorate my baby brother's room, he's nearly 2 and growing out of that nursery stage.
If so, who for? My baby brother, he's nearly 2.
What theme? umm, a boy theme, other then that I don't know a whole lot. lol

Are you currently decorating a nursery/kid's room?
Just finished DS's room - he's three - and getting ready to get a real start on our baby girls nursery - due in a couple months.
We have just started on our son's nursery, he is due the first week of June.
We wanted something bright and primary colored, so we got the Cocalo Alphabet soup bedding. We'll see how it all comes together once we get his furniture in!
I'm lurking. I'm totally obsessed with some of the wonderful creative things some ladies do with their nurseries.
I'm about to start decorating my little girl's room (18months). I'm hoping to have it done in before June. I want it to be like a princess room without making it disney princess...
I got like the last one in existance (not sure but maybe cause they're clearanced everywhere and sold out).
I'm going to paint the walls pink to match and on the wall with the bed I'm going to paint 1/2 white (not a straight line but like a hill on the right side of the room) and silouette a castle there. I'm painting the trim (which is beautiful now) white and I have a few more ideas. I'm so excited!

Are you currently decorating a nursery/kid's room? i'm mentally planning a boy and a girl nursery.. i already have both crib sets i purchased one set for my first pregnancy that ended up being ectopic and bought the boy set recently.
If so, who for? our baby who is due in november... we aren't finding out the gender
What theme? for a girl we're using the waverly petite rose bedding and for a boy we're using the baby gap giggling turtle bedding.

Thanks! My son picked out his own wall colors....he LOVES orange and so we just had to make orange walls work in his room somehow - so he got 1 wall orange!

Are you currently decorating a nursery/kid's room? I will be in the next few months once my husband and I start TTC. I have the paint color all done already thought.
If so, who for? Future baby
What theme? We are not planning on finding out the gender so I have a giraffe theme nursery planned. I plan on painting a mural at some point and I already have the yellow on the walls.

After years of trying, 2 years of fertility meds, multiple surgeries, blood draws and needle sticks, some awful pre-IVF complications, and endometriosis and PCOS,
We are done TTC. Praying for peace as we accept this...
Hoping for some comfort after our most recent (and 3rd) surgery and starting Lupron!

I love looking at nursery ideas because even though my husband and I are not pregnant and we're TTC naturally (no charting, temping, checking cervix and so on-just taking prenatals and keeping track of cycle and estimating O) the nursery is the most important thing to me. I want a VERY original nursery so I like to get ideas, not to copy but to make me think of other ideas

Right now I'm leaning towards planning (if it's a girl) a Southern Belle nursery with beautiful photos of local azaleas in bloom and my most original idea is to have a mini Azalea Trail Maid dress made to have to display-somehow, still thinking about how-

Who's here/lurking? I'm here but I haven't been posting a lot because the nursery was at a stand still but our furniture will be here in 3 hours....... so I'm super excited!
