I'm not Victory, but she is in my PR, so I can kind of answer this lol. It is a wall decal and yes she ordered it somewhere, but I don't remember where. It is beautiful isn't it?

Just chiming in here. There is a company called Uppercase Living that does all of these sort of wall decals. They're similar to a tupperware/candle/spa party kind of business, if you know what I mean. Check 'em out: Uppercase Living
There are also numerous wall decal shops on www.etsy.com
