I went with my BFF to look at cribs for her new LO. I'm also fleshing out ideas for my own nursery when the time comes. Anyway, I fell in love with a crib for a little girl's room. Only problem is that it's $1300! It was wrought iron, which I've learned via Google is on the expensive side. In fact, the one we looked at was on the lower end as far as cost went. No way am I paying $1000+ for a crib that doesn't even convert into a toddler bed.
Am I being unreasonable? I'm worried that now that I've found something I love that I'll never be truly happy with something else.
Of course this is all speculative on having a girl. A little boys room will be pirate themed so a wooden crib would be just right...
