I saw this in a magazine and thought WOW that is so beautiful, such a great item for a true princess themed room. It is very extravagant, and very expensive.... but still, I had to share!

I like the idea of padded floor cushions like those. Maybe not for the whole floor, but one area of the room.

That's actually not a very difficult crib to build. I could do it with a regular crib, some steam equipment, and carriage wheels you can buy for next to nothing around here. I can't see charging that much money for it!

Though it's too princess-y for me. We've already started the girls "big girl beds"... they're those bunk beds with the desk underneath... except the dressers are DH's old craftsman toolboxes, the stairs are diamond-plate and everything else is fiberglass car parts we got from the junkyard and re-shaped. It's gonna be pretty cool, but it's gonna take a while.

yes, i have the posh tots catalog right here and on the back cover there's a cinderella looking carriage bed that "starts" at $47,000. can you spell r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s? ummm....a baby's bed should NOT cost that much. (and the mattress is NOT included!) they also have hanging wall letters, $60 for every 3 letters, just like the ones everybody can go buy at michael's and paint themselves, or cover with scrapbook paper!
