We did a jungle theme for our nursery...and we painted the murals that are on the wall...it was really easy. All we had to do was stencil it on the wall then outline and paint...here are some pics below:
Wow Alaynna that is great, funny thing is I have the same set of bedding hehe, I thought it was SO cute! Im getting a crib from babysdream.com I love their cribs... I dont know if I will be painting anything on the walls though..
That room is fantastic! Our baby's room is very small, so all that wall decor just wouldn't look right but for that sized room it's absolutely amazing!!
If you're looking for jungle themes, try typing in Safari as well. Alot of manufacturers/designers are using that as the "word" instead of just jungle. It should be two different types of animals as one is tropical and one is more of a plains animal theme but ya know, I don't think they think of those things when they're marketing them! LOL
We chose the Tiddliwinks Safari-it's VERY light sage with cream. It has an alligator, a lion, a zebra and a giraffe on it. We're painting the room a light cream, the shelves and cabinetry (have two hanging cabinets) all a darker sage (darker than the set-but matches the sage in the cream/sage rug) and also found some safari type wall hangings. Will make curtains for the room or purchase-not sure which yet.
We're having a surprise gender baby, so we're hoping this will look great for either a boy or a girl and then add more gender specific things once he/she arrives!
