I'm wanting to put some phrases and/or a whole sentence around the room of my daughter's nursery but don't know how to go about doing it NICELY. I've seen a few rooms done with calligraphy looking wording done in simple phrases in the middle of the wall.....how are these done? Are they stencilled? Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated!
I do this for a living. It's done using a very thin Vinyl (3mm thin), cut using any font you want, just about any color. It's VERY easy to apply to just about any surface (walls are most common). Feel free to PM me with what you need & I can put together a proof for you. Or you can feel free to check out my site www.writtenbydesign.com or www.myspace.com/writtenbydesign. Those should answer any questions you have. This is a very new trend used in decorating without the mess of painting / stenciling... but it looks hand painted which is great. I've done many nurseries and would be happy to help you with your ideas.
