The first is very nice, but I hate the look of the changer. I love the crib and dresser, though. I like that it has 3 pieces and I prefer the dark/light wood contrast, too. The second is cheaper because there's only 2 pieces, but I dislike the crib style. I know the wood at the bottom looks like a different color, but I will get the color to match the dresser/changer combo.
I bought the crib that is in the first set (except in all white) and it's beautiful in person! Looks really well made as well.
Personally, I didn't really care the rest of the set in the first picture.At first I was going to go with sense they offered the match set but I changed my mind....looks kinda cheapy. So I'm going with the changing table in the second picture only my father (who is extreamly good at wood working) is going to make it for us but it will look the same. He's also going to make us a dresser/shelf to go with it.
You could always mix and match or find someone to make a dresser for you if you want one.
