So today I went to the mall, and on my way in I saw a guy wearing a black tshirt that had "GOD HAS MY BACK" in gigantic yellow letters on his back. I wanted SO badly to pick up a pebble or something and fling it at him and then when he turned around surprised and angry, I could ask him why God didn't stop the pebble from hitting him.... But instead I just chuckled and walked into the mall while playing out the scene in my head.

Okay, so he has your back... but not most of Africa or New Orleans or Haiti or anyone else affected by catastrophic disasters.
SURE.

ROFLMAO!

That would have been PRICELESS!

When my mother went through this fanatic phase, she had this sweatshirt, I would like to have doused in flames and gasoline. It said "I'm putting all my eggs in one basket and giving the basket to God". The same "God" who allowed her to lock me in my room for three days without food? The same God who allowed her to punch me in my face with a handfull of rings so hard that I had ring indentations?

I just see her fat ugly ***, to this day, with her self righteous air, with that hideous ****** shirt with these ugly blue sweat pants she'd wear to match.

A lot of words come to mind "FAT, HIDEOUS, HYPOCRITE, LIAR, FANATIC, PSYCHO *****".

But then you would have been like one of them Christians! Oh wait. No, because you're hitting him with the truth, not hitting because he's not of your religion

no kidding!!

and indymom im so sorry you had to go through that....

that makes me wonder how people can believe in god when things like that happen to children!! its like really?? dont you think "god" would look after these abused kids and not let that happen?? then they preach that it was the men who did it not god not doing his job blah blah blah its always an excuse for christians!! its either god is all powerful...or he isn't....it can't be both like it seems to be....

Thanks girls, it means a lot to me. My past (and even the present with that psycho abusive shrew) is very painful, add religion to it and it's a recipe for disaster.

Zanahoria, sorry, didn't mean to hijack your post... But on the bright side, my dh and I have been laughing our ***** off at the visual we got from your little scenario
