I've always thought it would be a good idea to actually write some of my affirmations down somewhere once a year (in a journal) as a means to sort of take inventory of my life experiences and see how/if my general outlook may have changed from the previous year.

Does anyone else practice this sort of thing?

No I haven't but I am aware of my changing outlook. I have recently started blogging and I think it will be interesting to look back and see how things have changed for me.

When I feel down, I have a list of affirmations I read. I try to remember to stay positive.
