Im not sure if theres an explanation for it, but my temps are REALLY low the past 2 days. Like 96.8-96.6?? Whats going on with that??? They are normally around 97.2 or so before O. Any ideas?

Sleeping with the window open? DH not thereto cuddle with? Breathing through your mouth since your nose is dry from the cold weather?

Lots of stuff can cause that, oddly enough Ive noticed if I accidently wake up for a second before my alarm goes off and I temp, its LOWER not higher like the BBT adjuster would suggest, maybe thats the case?

Maybe your body is trying to hibernate for the winter?

I've noticed that my temps are lower in the winter than they are any other time. I think it's because of the changing weather. A lot of people allow there homes to get a bit cooler at night, and that could affect it. If you sleep with your mouth open, even a draft can affect it (if you are temping orally of course).

Another possibility is that you are getting ready to ovulate. My temp frequently dips right before ovulation. I am interested in seeing what tomorrows temp does.

I naturally have low temps like that... sometimes reaching the low 96 range.

If you keep getting low temps I would maybe think about having your thyroid checked out to be sure since it can be a sign of having hypothyroidism... but I had mine checked and mine are just natural.
