I am dying over here with this congestion/runny nose/nausea/overall weak feeling and would like to take something but not sure what is safe and also what wont interfere with O incase I haven't already O'd. I know nothing with antihistamine so I don't find my CM dried up, but what about something like dayquil? Only the nightquil I think has the antihistamine or whatever in it. Is it safe if I was pregnant? It has been so long that I can't remember now....

Thanks!

Other than Tylenol and mucinex (sp?), I am not sure of anything else. I try to avoid any medicines when TTC or pregnant.

My OB has diphenhydramine on her "safe list" but take only the recommended dosage. It's a fairly benign medication. It could help dry up your sinuses. It'll make you a little sleepy.

OR, you could try using a neti pot with saline. DH and I both use this regularly and it helps a lot! It's also totally 100% safe for mama and baby. That will clear your sinuses better than any medication, believe me.
