I know there are quite a few of us on here with PCOS, many who have been recently diagnosed and while I was looking up symptoms of cysts I came across this page that had some really good and easily understood information about PCOS. I realize there is a board all about PCOS but still thought it would be nice to share the info here too.

http://www.womenshealth.gov/faq/polycystic...ry-syndrome.cfm

And through my research I think there is a pretty good chance that I have a cyst right now. I match MOST of the symptoms such as...

pressure, swelling, or pain in the abdomen
pelvic pain
dull ache in the lower back
problems passing urine completely
pain during sex
weight gain
pain during your period
nausea

so I guess I will wait and see what happens.... it says most go away on their own within 3 months. With my history of PCOS I have yet to have one that has gotten serious enough for me to go get it checked out so I hope this wont be any different. I wonder though if I could still eventually O and the egg be able to break through past the cyst..... anyone know? It is likely I have the type of egg that is caused from my body trying so hard to O and it just growing and not releasing... so not sure I could or not.
