Okay so I have taken about 8 tests so far this month, (I know I know) and they all came out negative. I took my last one about 2 days ago and it was negative, not even a hint of a second stripe and my period is due on the 30th, Friday, based on the start date it was last month. Could I still be pregnant even if the test still said negative that close to my period due date? I thought they're supposed to be able to get a positive up to 5 days before...

My hopes of being pregnant this cycle have been much gone out the window as of right now..

If you implanted late, or O'd later than you think you did then its still possible. It is never over until AF shows.

also the percentages of being able to read hcg 5 days before you missed period are way less than say the day of. Good luck!!!!

Def don't lose hope sweety, its true, its not over until the Aunt starts flowing LOL!

I hope AF stays away and you get your BFP! Remember the average day for some one to get a BFP is 13 dpo! I have seen + not appear until 15 and 16 dpo!

I agree with my 3rd child I tested like 5 days before AF was due with a 1st response that you can supposedly use 5 days before you miss your period. I didn't get a BFP until like the day of AF being due or day after. Don't remember, but, it was on V-Day

Early BFPs are really not all that common.

It really is best to wait till you are actually late to test, then there is not so much guessing ya know.

GOOD LUCK!
