No prenatal but folic acid. Everyone has told me to start taking before you ttc. It is good for your cardio and also very good for the baby. I take it every morning like it's some kind of miracle pill that will make pg..hehehehe
I'm actually taking prenatal vitamins because when I had gone to see my Dr. she said that if I'm trying to conceive I should take folic acid however if I don't feel that I have a good eating habits then I can just take the prenatal vitamin so I will be getting the folic acid as well as the right amount of iron amongst other things. Personally my eating habits are all over the place so just to make sure I'm doing it right that's what I'm using.
