So today I'm CD14... in 'theory' will be O'ing any time now...

Didn't see my SO yesterday and now won't be able to see him until sunday evening either. That left this evening to get some BD'ing done in order to have shot should I O this fri/sat.

We went out for dinner, had a fabulous time. Came back and my kids were out so we started to 'get busy' then they came in! Talk about disappointment! It's not like we could even wait until they've gone to sleep and carry on where we left off as he has to pick up his mum, step-father, sister and daughter from the airport tomorrow at 6am (he lives much closer to the airport than I - besides, he doesn't realise it's O time; after all technically we're ntnp) I feel like pulling my hair out now. I'm praying for a later O!

(that's even if I am O'ing - the jury is still out on that one )

Just venting... *sigh*

Aw, you ladies are the best. I woke up feeling much more positive (despite my temp rising .1C which *could* be the first indication I O'd yesterday... and on the bright side as I *am* concerned that I'm not O'ing just to see the confirmation on my chart (even if I missed it) will be comforting) and to see more support has cheered me even more.

Thank you!

LOL - it is fun to have an accent! I love it, living here in Cali and having a British accent - it works wonders!

Thanks again I'm taking heart as I think in my bad mood last night I completely overlooked that we had BD'ed the day before (which, IF I O'd yesterday, would have been pretty good timing as the day before means higher chances of the spermies being there to meet the egg rather than travelling to it... in turn means more likeihood of a girl (they're apparently the slower, longer living sperm vs boy sperms which are speedy but die off quicker) which is what I want! )

As for the accent... I can't believe how much Americans love my accent! In the last couple of years I've been to New York twice, Las Vegas and Orlando... it was mostly in NY that my accent would be commented on and I had my kids with me both times - the amount of young women who swooned over my 11year old son was hilarious! The first time he went he was a bit disturbed when people would ask him to 'say something!' but the second time he loved the attention.

He says he wants to live in NY. I wonder why?!

Was in Montreal twice in the last two years too... gotta say, those french canadians aren't impressed by my accent at ALL! Pffft!
