My sleep was really jacked up last night.

I went to sleep @ 2:30 and woke up at 4:30am. Then I went back to sleep for an hour @8am then woke up @9.

I temped both times and got 2 temps. Which one do I put in my FF or do I leave it blank?

I would say the first because you had the longest amount of sleep, though you'll want to keep note that it might not be extremely accurate. GL!

I agree. I'd use the first, but I'd make sure you mark the time as off on it so if your chart is screwy because of it you can discard it later.

I agree with using the first temp, but definately put a note in so that you can discard it if it makes your chart look all crazy...

I'd leave it blank. I just got a new bbt them and it says after a regular night's sleep or at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep.

I would enter the first temp and mark 'sleep deprived' so you will have an open-circle.
