So I'm pretty new to all of this, and especially the soy isoflavones. Will taking soy isoflavones cause an OPK test to come back positive? I was attempting to set my cycle right by taking them after coming off of OCPs and read many cases where the soy helped, so I thought I'd try. I was cramping a lot today, so I took my OPK (twice to be sure!) and got blaring positives on both of them. To be clear, I've been taking the soy the last 4 days, so its certainly still in my system. Thanks for any help!

Hi... You should only take soy on cd 3-7 or cd 5-9 otherwise it can mess up your whole system. Good Luck!

oh, I know it can, but my cycles are already way off from coming off the pill so it was my last effort to get it on track before being subjected to base doctors.
