I'm only at 6DPO right now, and every day since I O'd, DH is asking me when I can test I keep telling him that AF isn't due for another week and his response is always "but you can test sooner, right???" Oh man, I thought the 2WW was hard for us women!

Me: Autoimmune (Hashimotos and Fibromyalgia), vitamin D and calcium deficiency. Treated with Synthroid, supplements, TCM and acupuncture.

DH: Severe MFI (low counts, low motility, poor morphology and high antibodies), likely caused by poor liver function. Treated with Clomid to increase total counts.

DD: Conceived after 1 year of TTC with progesterone to correct LPD (likely caused by undiagnosed thyroid dysfunction). Born Aug 2009 via c/s after an induction due to pre-e and HELLP.

TTC #2 since Oct10 with an early loss in Aug 2011. Post-wash counts are too low for IUI to be successful, so moving on to IVF/ICSI in May 2014!

IVF/ICSI #1 (May 2014): Estrogen priming and antagonist protocol, including acupuncture and prayer!

That's great he is so excited about it! My husband is so laid back he doesnt get too excited about anything it seems! LOL! I used to think he didnt really want to try for a baby but its just how he is. He is finally now beginning to get as annoyed as I am when AF shows up every month! and now everytime we see kids he points them out and how cute they are. I think its great he is feeling impatient about it since it always seems like we woman have to be anxious alone since we know whats going on with our body.

Yeah mine is the same way... Except I think mine just doesnt want to get his hopes up. He is practical like that.
That is soooo cute that your DH is so excited about you testing! It seems like it would make the 2WW a bit easier. Good luck to you!!

My DH is too. I think a lot of the guys feel it, they just don't say it. He told me the other day it is starting to make him sad to see pregnant women and newborns. I am right there with him...

Sunshine0918, I know the sad feeling you guys get! We are right there with you. And sometimes it's not sadness we feel, but mad! I dont want anyone to go through what we are going through (TTC for 29 months) but I cant help but thinking "why did God choose them over us?" Expecially when its someone I know has been into drugs, or I know is not equipped for parenthood like we are. We just try to keep the faith and keep on BDing! LOL
