I have been testing for days now and my tests aren't getting any darker.. Theres two lines but only one line (control) is dark. I'm really concerned. I should have ovulated today but they look the same. I have no CM but I did have some bout 4 or 5 days ago that was stretchy not sure it was ewcm though. I am on CD15 today. I have said before, my periods are VERY heavy but is it possible I am not ovulating at all?? I know you all have said when its positive the 2nd line will be just as dark maybe darker than the control line so I know I'm not getting a +!

Post a picture so we can see how dark. I got that stretchy cm yesterday morning. I labeled it egg white since it wasn't all watery like the other fertile type of cm. Show us a picture of opks.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've been freaking out because I'm not getting a positive OPK even though I've had ovulation pain for 3 days now - really really unusual for me. I was due to ovulate today too. I know though from past cycles that you can go from a negative test in the morning to a blaring positive just a few hours later. I rarely see a progression in my OPK's. They go from dark to light to dark to light again before finally coming up positive. When are you testing? They say the best time to take an OPK is around 2 - 3 p.m.

I started testing around 12 or 1 I think in the beginning then when it got closer to the date I should like 3 days ago I started testing 2 times a day early and right before bed... let me see what I can do with these pics!

they are at different times... some at the same time.. two different types of tests.. thats why i separated them out to show the difference in the two brands. its really confusing but i can't afford those higher brands right now! this sucks! i hate worrying so much about this stuff! i feel like i'm stressed to the max but not just about this... just wish i could hurry and figure this whole ttc thing out so i can concentrate on my school work and everything going on at home.. lol.. sorry had to rant a lil bit! i feel like screaming right now!!

Don't be sorry for ranting, we all need to vent, don't hold it in girl. As for the OPKs, I know some ladies told me when I started using them this cycle that they had them go from nothing to blazing all in a few hours and at other times they could see a progression of them getting darker. Mine were getting darker until it was very dark then it got less and less as it turned negative again. I was using WalGreen cheapies.

The CM, if it stretches, I call it EWCM even if it's a little white or yellow tinged. I don't know as far as not getting any CM around now. I do know your cycle changes times, shorter, longer it can vary a lot due to stress or other factors. I wish I could help more I'm sorry you're stressed out. *HUGS* We're here for you.

Are the top wondfos? Those seem much darker than the green ones. Try to relax Frankieleee. Just give it more time to work. Keep us updated ok?
:hugs:

It helps to rant for sure i'm not sure what the brand are but i don't think they are wondfo's because i saw some that where in wondfo packages and it doesnt say wondfo on the wrapper thing so i guess they aren't.. i have 28 day cycles so im sure i should have ovulated by now... ahhh when u think u know what ur body is doing it gets you guessing all over again!

Is this your first time using OPKs or have you used them before? I'm convinced that they just don't work right for some people, regardless of whether they are Oing or not.

Hope you get it figured out. My body's playing major tricks on my now, too. This is a time when you are supposed to "de-stress" as much as possible, but when your body doesn't do what it is supposed to it gets so much more difficult!

I just looked at your chart and i'm surprised you didnt get any crosshairs yet. Looks like you O'd on CD 16. I could be wrong since i'm fairly new to all this but looks like it to me

I guess you are talking about my chart?

I thought I Od on CD 17, but I've had spotting yesterday/today and this morning my temp went way down. I'm afraid AF is about to make a very early (and unwelcome) appearance.

I think something is in the air because I'm on CD 18 and barely Oing today. I got my first pos OPK yesterday afternoon. I was thinking I was going to O Friday or Sat, but no! It sucks, the 2WW is bad enough without having to wait longer to start it!

What is with this month?!?!?! Everyone is ovulating a few days late! I got my positive OPK 2 days late when all my CM had dried up. Hopefully preseed made up for that. Even my "positive" OPK wasn't really positive, but it was the closest thing I got, and since my temp finally went up, I'm pretty confident that I ovulated. FX that you get your positive OPK soon!

Have you talked to your doctor about your ovulation concerns? They can do a simple blood draw 7 days after you think you ovulated to determine if your progesterone levels show you did indeed ovulate.

I am new to the OPK's but I was thinking it was + last month when it looked like mine do now and I was wrong. I stopped testing after I got two lines and didn't wait to see if the test line got darker than the control. My OBGYN told me that since I was having a period still I should be ovulating and shouldn't have any trouble. That was 3 months ago but he was also trying to ease my worries. I am waiting for a call back to see what the OB coordinator thinks I should do. I'm hoping they will bring me in for the test they do to check for ovulation. Not sure how this all works but hopefully I'll figure out something!

Is it possible for you to chart BBT? It probably wouldn't help you much this month, but if you don't get your BFP, then it will give you very good evidence as to whether or not you are actually ovulating.

My 16 month old wakes me up all times of the night so I don't think charting bbt would be reliable. He is sick a lot and just got tubes in which one may already need replacing so he is really whiny. My doctors office has me coming in on Monday which will be cd23 for the progesterone test. My cd21 is on Sat. so I have to do it on monday. Thanks for all yours all's support. I got up early at 6am today and i took a test about 11 and it was negative also. I hope I get some good news Monday that I actually did ovulate but if not at least we'll be getting started on knowing whats going on!!

could it be implantation spotting or would that be too soon??

I'm fx'ed that everyone gets their beautiful this cycle
