Hello Ladies,

My husband and I have been blessed with a little boy who is now 2yrs old. My whole pregnancy was pretty easy, tho i did gain ALOT of weight...i've lost it all finally! With that being said due to error of our RN, i had to have an emergency C-Section

Now, i have been bitten by the baby bug yet again and the hubby and i are ready to take that next step toward expanding our family. I know for sure i don't want another C-Section unless i absolutely need to have one like last time. So we have been looking into having a VBAC. IDK how likely that is to happen or even what a vaginal birth is like. If anyone could tell me what that would be like i would GREATLY appreciate it.

Also, to those who were already mommies and decided to have another baby, how was that? The transition back to caring for a new baby and how did your oldest adjust? I think my son's adjustment is my biggest concern at this point.

xoxo Tiffany

You might want to check out the VBAC board (keep scrolling down from the TTC board quite a ways)...they have great info about VBACs and how to prepare. I'm hoping for a Fall 2012 VBAC myself

i've lurked on that board and there is alot of useful information. I have 3 children...first 2 were vaginal....3rd (stubborn one) was breach so i had a C Section. Now i'm trying for my 4th and last and want a Vbac but then again i was thinking of tying my tubes so i'm so confused...i dont want another C.

As for my children reacting to another sibling....they adjusted well.....the first 2 were 4 years apart 2nd and 3rd was 6 years apart. My 3rd child is 2 so same age as yours and i think she willl adjust well if i have another child...she willbe 3 by then.

GL and welcome to the board

Thank you Diamond2009, your an experienced mommy so i take your words to heart. Did it take time for any of your children to adjust or were they happy? Was there any acting out at all?
