Ahh I was diagnosed with a UTI yesterday and now I'm on antibiotics for a week. I don't chart but I'm supposed to O around Tuesday. I'm wondering if anyone knows if it will disrupt this cycle? I told DH he had to wait to BD until tomorrow to give the antibiotics time to kick in, so hopefully I don't O early this time!

My friend had a uti in December and another one the end of January. She just found out she is 2 weeks preggers.. so keep trying this cycle. Don't let uti stop you. :-) good luck.

I honestly don't know much about this. I hope it clears up soon for you though. I can't see it affecting your cycle...possibly just the BDing part? I honestly don't have a clue. Sorry you're having to deal with this though...they're never fun!

I've had recurring uti's over the year, they're awful! But I'm glad you're on antibiotics. You should be fine continuing to try this cycle. I spoke to my doctor about this once and he said the antibiotics won't hurt the pregnancy, and as far as disrupting the cycle, it could but I'd just use OPK's to see when you O just in case. but other than that, take cranberry pills (as far as I know they're safe during pregnancy) as well as long as you don't take more than the daily dosage) drink lots of water and get rid of it, but I don't think trying should be a problem.
