Oook so after DH's nose bleed episode..it's happened two more times but without the almost passing out part. He found out yesterday he is pre-hypertensive. He don't have full on hypertension....but he is like one point over into being pre-hypertensive. DH loves sodas and drinks them like no tomorrow. He isn't like crazy over weight or anything. But I'm glad his body let him know what's up before he got any worse. *lol*

Good thing he found out!! My husband was diagnosed with high blood pressure. As long as he takes his meds and works out, his blood pressure is fine.

Yep thank goodness no meds...just cutting down on sodas, exercise and lower sodium intake!

aww thanks for the hug! Yeah we found out due to him getting random/and very clotty nosebleeds and fainting spells...scary!

That's scary!!!! I bet once he gives up sodas, he won't crave them as much!! And overall exercise will make him want to drink more water too!! Hope he gets to feeling better!!
