Anyone use this on FF or the equivalent?
Not sure what temp I should enter for today. I have been waking up between 2-3 hours earlier than normal temp time to pee (which I always do, just ranges in times.)
Anyways:
today's temp at 5:00am 97.22 (97.72 when adjusted)
today's temp at 7:00am 97.38 (97.42 when I adjust with both temps from today)
I am wondering if because I didn't have 3 hours of sleep how that might affect it.

The other day I woke up at like 4:45 with a 97.15 temp and when that was adjusted it came extremely close to my 7:30 temp with 3 hours of sleep. (97.72)

Normally I wouldn't make a stink about it, but with not charting previously in cycle (to DH's request) and having a cold and not catching 100% positive OPK I just want to make sure I don't miss O.
TIA ladies

I've been having to do the same thing since Saturday because I've been waking early. I've been using FF's temp corrector. It does seem to come close. I've decided, though, that I'm just looking at overall trends now rather than specific temps since I've had to adjust. I will say that I did not have to adjust one of the temps (I think Sunday's?) and it came out right around where my adjusted temps were.
