Hi Nicole! I have experience with hypothyroidism and pregnancy. You definitely need to stay on your meds when you are pregnant. When you get blood tests they will probably also take your TSH levels. This way they can keep track and see if your meds need adjusted during pregnancy. Hope this helps!
