So this past month was my first month ttc, and no luck! I used OPT's, and also bought a thermometer that didn't work! Every time I took my temp it was different and sometimes by 1 degree or more! Can anyone recommend where to get a cheap bb thermometer that works well? I won't be trying again most likey until april though due to nov and december already having to many b-days, so was extremly depressing to get bfn's this month But want to make sure I'm completely prepared next time. I will be trying mucinex next time around and drinking tons of water as well!

I had problems with my first thermometer as well. We ended up buying one online that was cheap and is a lot more reliable. Since you have a couple months before you start trying again, maybe buying online would work well for you.

Try not to be discouraged so soon! It's only been one month! I understand wanting it right away, though. Best of luck to you!

I got mine at walmart for $9 and it works awesome and records your last temp so if you want to go back to bed after taking it you can look at it when you get up

I got mine at Walmart as well and I like the feature that lets you see your last temp in case you forget! Mine is white with pink on the end.

I think I have the same Walmart one that is white with Pink tip. I have had to change the battery once ( in 6 months) but it works great!
