I would like to warn you just in case you haven't read this already on your own you need to be taking the Robitussin with Guaifensin as the only ingredient. If it has any other ingredients they may actually have the opposite effect and dry you out. Also, I read that you should take the daily dose as recommended on the package.

I had a cold last week and my doctor told me to only take Tylenol products because Ibuprofen type products can thin your uterine lining...figured Id pass the info along

Let me just add that I've done this for MONTHS and it's worked great for me. This is actually the first month I'm not doing it as I bought FertileCM instead. Good luck girls!

Yes thank you! I was just wondering what the dose was that others were taking is all. I've read the book Taking Charge of your Fertility ... Thanks!!

I've been taking Tussin and Mucus Relief, which are both just guaifenesin in the most generic form. I got them both from Walmart, and they were only $0.88 each. You really don't need to spend the money on brand named products here, as long as it's guaifenesin. I got both the tablets and the syrup in case one worked better than the other... and in all reality neither of them do anything for me at all as I have virtually no CM to begin with. I'm still taking it though just because it makes me feel better

Best of luck
