So I had a big dip in my temperature today and I have all the other signs pointing towards O.....does that mean I should be ovulating today or tomorrow. I know my temperature will rise after O, but is a big dip prior to O normal?

Sorry if this is a dumb question....this is my first month charting.

It's not a dumb question. A lot of women have a dip or their temp drops before ovulation, some don't. Hopefully, you'll know for sure tomorrow. Did you have a + opk? My OPks are positive the day before, but then start to become negative the day of ovulation. I hope you got a lot of BDing in either way!

I did OPK's last month but not this month, but decided not to this month. I become waaaayyyyyy too obsessed with everything So I did charting this month because I wanted to do something to make sure that I was ovulating.
