When I NEED an accurate reliable temperature to figure out of I O'd yet!

Ladies, please tell me what you'd do in this situation.

2 days ago you got a positive OPK, yesterday it was negative. Yesterday you had a significant temp drop and crampy O feelings all day. Your normal temp time is 9:00am but last night you were up and down all night. At 6:33 your temperature was 97.45F and at 8:46 your temp was 97.77F.

I don't even know where to begin, as I'm sure that I barely got more than 3 hrs of sleep before waking up at 6:33... and 6:33 to 8:46 isn't 3 hrs either.

Any suggestions, or should I just NOT put a temp in for today? I'd prefer not to leave it empty just because, as luck would have it, this is an important temperature.... however I don't want to put in a temp that is way off and get incorrect results, either.

Please help Thanks bunches in advance.

Ok ladies I've been brewing up ideas over coffee this morning... and came up with this.

I took the time between the two temps which is 7:40. Then I took the median temp which is 97.61... then used the temp adjuster to adjust from 7:40 to 9am... and it gave me 97.88.

Am I doing more harm than good by doing all this? It's driving me bonkers and that was the easiest solution that I could think of. I also marked "sleep deprived" so it has an open circle (seems to be the trend for me this cycle...) and I can easily remember that the temp might be weird.

Any other ideas or is this just about all I can do?

When I wake up early I take my temp, then adjust it and compare it to the temp from when I woke up. It's kind of hard to say, but I go more so with adjusted temps because if I take it super early, then take it 3 hours later it's pretty close to the adjusted temp. HTH!
