I went to the hospital yesterday to get the ultrasound done, then to the ER to get the results as I had been instructed to do. The ultrasound showed that there was no cysts, and that I am pregnant; however, blood test and urine test were both negative. I guess I am truly one of those women who will probably not get a positive test for a long time if at all. I've been reading the last few weeks about women who do not test positive until 6 or 8 or 12 or 20 weeks along, and some who never got a positive throughout the entire pregnancy, even on blood tests. It's nice though to have the confirmation from the doctor that I am indeed pregnant (though I already knew it), even if it doesn't show up on the tests.
Though, I really wished I could have got a nice BFP to see, I really wanted to show DH the word "Pregnant" on a digital HPT. He's having a hard time believing that I am pregnant; I'll keep testing every week or two...hoping to see those beautiful two lines!

Thanks.
I am about 5 weeks 4 days.
I've had 5 previous chemical pregnancies all ended at 4.5 to 5 weeks, so this is so far my longest pregnancy.

That's so weird that it's not showing up on any tests, even blood tests!
