Hi , I had a hysteroscopy and a laporoscopy in May and it was fine. The recovery for me was not quick but it could be because I had both procedures. Also not to scare u but i did get pregnant for my very first time exactly a month later but had a MC :-( they said that could be because i had a polyp blocking my left tube 100% removed so the tissue from that may have caused it. Good luck and try not to worry (I know easier said then done)

I had mine done with a lap, too, so I was completely out when they did it. What are they looking for with your's?

They said that the lining is thicker in one place and they think a polyp is forming so they wanna get a better look at it.

I see, that's why they did one for me too, but it ended up being nothing. They did the lap because I had a chocolate cyst and they wanted to diagnose my endo. Anyways, I remember looking at the pamphlet for the hystero and I thought "They're going to put WHAT in me and do WHAT to my cervix?!?!", but I had no vaginal or uterine pain afterwards, just pain from the lap. I'm sure you'll do great, and hopefully they can take care of that potential polyp.

Sending PPTs your way that you'll have a pain free procedure and quick recovery. GL and FX!

Thank you ladies! I just don't know what to think about it all. They're supposed to give me an HPT before the procedure but according to the ovulation calculator I should be just implanting Thursday. I'm so scared they're gonna cause a m/c. That's my biggest concern and worry right now.

Praying for you hun. Will they do a blood test too before the procedure? They really should just in case.

They said they're gonna do a urine test but I might explain my concerns so they'll do a blood test.

I would definitely let them know, so they can do a blood test. Better safe than sorry.

Everything went well. He let me look at the monitor as well so I could see what was going on. He said everything looks great!! A bunch of "fluff" which he says in wonderful. I just have beautifully thick lining for that little sticky bean to snuggle into. Now all I have to do is wait for it to get there...lol.
