Okay, so I am trying so so hard to not over analyze every single ache and pain and weird thing going on with my body this 2ww, but it's so hard!!!!!
I'm on the JM's 2ww list, and I'm not going to test until this weekend. Aunt Flo is due on Thursday. Since it's almost the end of the work day I decided to go on thebump's website to look at tickers, and saw all the neat quizzes they have. I found out finally what my true average cycle length is - helpful! And I looked up some things about implantation bleeding. This past weekend, I joked with my husband that I must have aliens living inside me because two mornings in a row I woke up and had almost black spotting in my underwear. I never had anything show up when I wiped or any other time and it was just the two days. I just wasn't sure what it could be until I just read this:
Implantation bleeding is not bright red - because the blood has taken several hours to move down and out of the uterus it has changed colors and may be dark brown or even black in some cases.
So according to this calculator I should have ovulated April 5th, and it's likely there was implantation April 14th - which just so happens to be the morning I first noticed the almost black spotting!
Could it be?? I really don't want to get my hopes up. I try really hard not to listen to every ache and pain, because I never know if it's real or not. The only other bit of hope I have is that from 7dpo through 10dpo I had ocular migraines, which I have not had since I was 13 or 14. I know I didn't imagine those.

I totally feel you on going crazy. You'd be a little farther along than I am but I will test on Friday for the first time, prob every day after that til + or AF. Hehe. It's killing me because, like you, I'm putting myself under the microscope with every little thing.

Also, just to be the voice of dissent, IB is usually brown or black, but it can be pink or even bright red (I had 2 days of bright red implantation bleeding with my first).

Thank you Brittney!! I was just glad I had a possible reason for having weird spotting. It was a little creepy. I hope I get that BFP. And I really really hope you get good news soon. I've been stalking your posts. Fingers crossed for you!
And I'm sure black or brown IB is much more common. I really think this might be it for you! IB was my first indication that I might be pregnant the first go 'round!
I'm actually waiting until Saturday or Sunday. I don't think I can look at one more negative test. Aunt Flo is due Thursday. I just have a good feeling about this but I'm so nervous! Saturday will mean I'm late.
Last night I had very painful cramps. According to my calendar, I should be expecting Aunt Flo tomorrow. I still keep waiting for the sore breasts symptom, but I haven't really felt anything. Every once in a while I'll get a quick pain or discomfort in my breasts but it's not consistent. The cramps I had last night were horrible - but I haven't felt any today. They were so bad they made me feel sick to my stomach. I usually don't have cramps except for the 1st day of my period went Aunt Flo actually starts. Ugh - tomorrow and the rest of this week is going to be horrible waiting. I'm going to be scared every time I go to the restroom! lol
The evil AF showed up exactly on cue. This is so frustrating. I thought this was the cycle with all my weird symptoms. I don't know what happened. I'm making an appointment to see a doctor next month. It's time for my yearly check up anyway, so I think I'll ask them if there is anything I can be doing differently.
