I know it's best to test in the afternoon, I decided 2PM is a good time for me. But am I supposed to hold my pee for a certain number of hours before I test?

I think they say a couple of hours, some women have a strong surge and some don't just like some are long and some are short. When I surge I don't have to hold it for any length of time, even a 10 minute hold will still give me a + opk. But I did not know this until I actually did surge and then took opks through the day just experiemnting lol. I had held it in the past for about 2 hours or so.
