Kind of crappy timing, considering the news we got today, but it's finally here! My new BBT therm!
I can't wait to start temping again! I much prefer knowing what the heck my body is doing to being in the dark.

Have you tested it out yet? How loud is the beeping? How long does it take to register a temp?

I did! I really like it, actually! I was thinking the beeping might be annoying, and it is loud, but if you cover the hole in the back, it's really not bad. I found I actually liked the beeping, letting me know that it was working.
With my other therm, sometimes I would wonder if it was still working or not because I just had to lay there, half asleep, waiting for the completion beep. This one beeps every four seconds, so I know that it's working, even when I'm still mostly comatose.
I LOVE the lit up screen and the temp memory is AWESOME! All in all, I'm very happy with it! Woot!

The beeping is probably a good thing for me, I tend to hit the on button to many times and then lay there forever wondering why it hasn't beeped yet, only to realize it's off.

It really is helpful, surprisingly. I thought the beeping would be the biggest annoyance ever, but especially muffled, it's really not bad at all! I'm rather pleased!
If it brings a sticky BFP soon, it will easily be the best 11 smackers I've ever spent!
