So Im already starting to overanalyze every symptom! I had a positive ovulation test yesterday and this morning and tonight I started getting really painful cramping in my lower abdomen. It lasted for about two hours. I have heard of ovulation pain where its on one side only and a pinching feeling but could what I had be ovulation pain?

Hmmm I'm not sure! I've only had it on the sides... could it be from DTD?

I had a shocking amount of pain this time. On ovulation day it was all over my lower half. I went for a run to try to get rid of it - didn't work!!
The day after it was on one side but a mix between cramping and backache.

That's exactly how it was for me this month. I usually have a little pinching on one side..more annoying than anything. So to answer your question , maybe

Thanks ladies! I also had backache too..... very strange. My temp didnt really go up very much this morning so I dont even know if I did ovulate???
