Hi everyone! My name is Brooke, my DH is Ricky, and our DD is Emma and she will be 3 this month! When we TTC her I stopped my birth control and was pregnant within 3 weeks! We are very excited to try for #2 and I hope to get pregnant right away! I stopped by birth control last week and AF started on Monday. According to FF I should be fertile next week and we plan to BD everyday! I ordered 20 OPK and 20 pregnancy tests the other day and should be getting them in the mail this week. When should I start using the OPK? My cycles are usually 28 days apart but I started 2 days early this time because I quit taking my BC pills. So i'm thinking we should BD a few days before and a few days after FF tells me i'm fertile and ovulating. Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Last time was such a breeze, but I am ready for a BFP RIGHT NOW! Last time I had the mindset that it would probably take several months and I was ok with that...this time I want it right away!!!

I don't have much advice for you as I'm pretty new myself. Just wanted to say welcome and the girls here are awesome. Most are young enough to be my kids as I'm the old lady on board.

Good Luck and I hope you get your BFP soon!

I think if you have a 28 day cycle, it's recommended to start testing on CD 11. Also, a true positive opk has a test lineas dark as the control line or darker. Fertility friend can help you chart. They even have a tutorial for charting which is pretty accurate and awesome. I also like babymed.com and countdowntopregnancy.com
Good luck getting your Bfp! Tons of baby dust to you and welcome!!!
