So this morning I'm 8DPO... And I thought, "Heck, why not? I'll test. I've seen ladies get BFP's on 8DPO!" So I head into the bathroom, get my HPT's, tinkle on them and wait.... Then I realize... I grabbed the dreaded Blue Dye Test at the store the other day by mistake
But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used it anyways... Yeah major malfunction! I was SO upset I ran out to DH and told him "Look at this, just look." He humored me and looked and his comment.... "That's a pretty color blue." GAH!!! The dye had bled through the entire test on both tests that I took.
So not only did I use 2 tests, that both ended faulty, I now have to go back to the store tonight and wait another day... *sigh* Oh well. Hopefully I can get some FRER today, and double --no-- TRIPLE check the label and test again tomorrow morning

I'm testing in a week, if af doesn't show. I have decided that testing early really gets my hopes up. I don't really think I'm in it this cycle anyway, but who knows, because my body is back to doing weirdness again.
Ugh, I hate blue dye tests. Not to make you crazier, but my $ store tests showed a positive days before my FRER. Maybe pick up one of those while you are out and use that on Saturday when you test?

I second the comment about $ store tests! Just don't look at them after the time limit! I got a full-on PINK evap line on one in September! It was a brutal letdown.
I am so excited for you! I think all your symptoms are directing you to the Jan DDC!!!
Look at it this way, at least you got those nasty blue dyes out of the house! And now you are forced to wait until at least 9dpo, so your BFP will be easier to see.
Here is what I'm talking about. I think this is one of the evap's, the line is SO faint and looks like there's only half. I only had one left so I figured, why not.
