Ok I was looking through Am I Pregnant and here is what I found, I hope this helps you:

http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f2...cg-levels.html (BFP/hCG level chart (Pregnancy tests sensitivity by member reported hCG levels))

You could have implanted late and so that number could be fine. When will you have another one drawn?

5 is fine as a starting number. You have to start somewhere and you are still really early. We had a girl in my DDC who started at a 4 and she's just fine. Are they doing another bloodtest to make sure it is doubling?

I'm pretty sure she was farther along than you. I'll have to look back and see.

Well since I work at the lab I'll get them immediately! Just a perk I try to do the same for everyone that comes in, I let them wait in the waiting room and give them the results as soon as its done.

All labs are different but as long as the doctor puts on the order to give the patient thei results I can. Also have had women wait and I call doc when it's done and tel, them patient is waiting and let te doc talk to them.
