Does anyone know where you can get B-6 in a chewable form? I can find B-12 by the bucket, but everything B-6 has 5mg or less. I'd have to pig out to get to 100 every day. :/

Do you have a wholefoods near you?

By the way, I asked my doc if I needed to take vitamins - he said nothing except folic acid. You can find B6 in meat, fish and dairy and the following veggies: bell peppers, summer squash, turnip greens, shiitake mushrooms, and spinach.

No luck on Amazon, they all have 5mg or less. :/

I'm looking to get 100mg of B6 a day to try to move up my O date, it'd be tough to get that much through food (stuff like porkchops have less than 1mg in each). Easy enough to hit the RDA, but that is less than 2mg. Getting it through food is always my favorite option normally.

I will check out that link and Target, thanks ladies! Looks like I might be able to get it in powder form, but not chewable, which seems strange to me. It is easy to get B12 as chewables, just not B6. Go figure!
