Hello ladies and so many new members since I went away 7 days ago on a camping trip. I missed you all! Here is a little guide to TTCing while you are camping:

1. If you know when AF is due, don't go camping on that week. Outdoor potties don't like feminine products.

2. If you are staying in a camper, make sure all wheels and jack stands are secure. When the camper is arockin' its more than likely going to tip over.

3. Remember, tents are not sound proof.

4. Camp stores do not sell pee sticks.

5. Trying to dip an OPK into that little cup o' joy is nearly impossible when you are squatting under a tree.

6. Don't try to keep a straight face the morning after BDing. It's more than likely the rest of the campsite knows what you are up to, so enjoy the after glow.

Not true about the pee sticks! (At least in Europe. I got one at a campsite in Normandy )

We have quite a bit of "experience" in this area. I totally feel ya on it. I prefer the digital OPKs when camping. MUCH easier! Try ovulating when the only tent site left is directly next to the only washroom in the park. Yeah. So unsexy.
