Right. When should I start using them?

Cycles are normally 21-26 days.

This is the first cycle after I lost the baby.

No idea when up.

I'm a charting nerd so I can read that perfectly, I'm just a opk virgin.

Do I take them from tomorrow?

I'm sorry I can't help you with this but I hope you get some answers. I refuse to temp or opk because I'm lazy lol.

I start the OPKs about 5 days before my usual O. Which mean I start them about 3 days after menses ends. I take them until I have a definite thermal shift.

GL!

I've got to, I need to see if I still have a short lp. Also I never get ewcm so I needed evening promise but you can't take that even you o and I have to stop taking it when I have a + opk or/and temp shift.

It's annoying but hopefully my cycles will be around the and time and length so I can . Quit the temping and just do opks.

I usually start with the OPK's at about CD 10. The idea of temping stresses me out too much so these work better for me.

Since you are a chart demon... you should have your cycles down and see roughly when your temp dip is. I charted for 3 months and started OPKs about 3 days before I got my temp dip.

Being a chart demon doesn't make me able to know my new cycles. I'm just good at reading others charts. Hehe.

Seen as though last time I charted the earliest I oed was cd9 and the latest was cd18 I'll start taking them daily from tomorrow. I can watch my progression also which I've been told can allow you to eta your ovulation in the future. Never done it before so I'm dubious about that. I'm a old fashioned temp taker so opks are new and exciting.

I'm so glad you asked this question because I figure that for this next cycle I will begin with the opks and I too was curious!

Since your cycles are shorter I would start a few days after af leaves. And do them 2x a day

Thanks.

I'm hoping my body may have regulated itself so we will see. I'll start with them later today.

Well first one today was a big fat nothing but I expected nothing but.

Looks like my last cycle when I got those faint lines my body was gearing up to O but decided not too but of course it was the loss cycle so you expect anything.

So I shall do it daily from today and hope that something turns up on a good average cd lol.
