I was looking at the CBE fertility monitor and it said if you are below age 35 and you dont get pregnant in a year seek medical advice. Then it said if you are over 35 and dont get pregnant in 6 months seek medical advice?? Surely it takes longer to conceive if your older (easier if your younger).. So is this just because at 35 you dont have the time to waste??

In general, yes, the older you get, the more difficult it may be/longer it may take.

I think that's it--less time to "waste," and also a higher likelihood that assistance will be needed (though not always).

I am only 31 and my doctor told me that if after 4 months of TTC I don't get pregnant to come in and see her. I have had repo surgery tho for an issue Ihad three years ago so it may possibly be harder for me this time. Here's hoping I'm as fertile as I used to be.

I know that when you are over 35 you have to get additional tests done while pregnant and it is supposed to be harder for some, but there is no clear cut line.

Yes after 35 you are classed as high risk so really after 6 months, you may need help or just support to get pregnant.

If you are having sex when your supposed to or doing the sperm meets the egg thing for more than 6 months then seek help.
