Hope it helps you! I took 100mg every day last cycle, and did not see a change, but I think it can take some time. This cycle I increased to 150mg, and I'm also taking Vitex. I can't say yet, as I haven't even ovulated this cycle, but it does seem like I'm starting to gear up, and a couple of days earlier than I did last couple of cycles. So we'll see. Anyway...hope it helps you!

I started taking the B-Complex last week. It only has 2mg so sounds like not enough? It does say that it's 100% of the daily recommend amount. I honestly feel you though. I am stressing because of my age (40 tomorrow!!) and starting next week I'm back to working full time days and hubby will be working nights. Good news is I'm trying to have my period so hopefully....

I take a prenatal vitamin, B complex vitamins (only 15mg B6), vitamin C and Vitamin D. I take it just to be more healthy, and I feel better taking it. Maybe I should up my B6 too...

I looked through all my post paperwork from my old doc and it says minimum 100mg a day. Max 300 but start on lowest. You should notice a lp change first cycle. If not up to 200mg. When pregnant stop taking and carry on prenatal.

I went straight for progesterone supplements as my lp was very short. Now it's longer than before but just not long enough I'll go with the vits.

More stories on your b6 experiences would be great. I don't want it to do to me what p supplements did.

I was searching around for a chewable 100mg supplement of B6 a while back, but didn't have any luck. I've definitely heard good things about it. Hopefully B6 will work for you!

In general, 2mg is good. When you need B6 for lengthening LP, that is when you want to take at least 100mg a day.
