it's rare to have ov spotting/pinky cm when ovulating, but it happens and it's a sign of excellent fertility.

What's that? I'm just wanting my body to get back to normal got off depo in march this is the first time ive seen dark opks but why would I get a positive Monday and start at today of thats what it id makes no sense lol

a short lp while body is coming off depo is normal. Continue charting etc. It can take a long while for you body to get back to normal.

Ok I'm going to stay positive cause had a period last month and now this on so that's good going to continue to take the prenatals and other vitamins maybe at the end of this monthi will ovulate has anyone hears of vitex

Vitex is good, Jenn. You can try that. I used to have a short LP, too, and that can make things rough. Vitex I think can help with that sort of thing, too, but I haven't tried it myself.

They way I'm looking at it is depo must be almost out of my system if my periods are getting back to there every month routine so I'm suppose to ovulate again on the 23 so I think the next ovulation should happen I hope any way but I'm taking prenatels might try vitex or fertilaid

def chart from day 1 until the next day 1 this cycle. You need a clear picture of your whole cycle, love. I wouldnt personally add anything new to your vitamin or supplement regime. Depo is THE WORST birth control other than the IUD. It totally screws up EVERYTHING. Don't lose hope and dont stop charting. Chart a whole cycle. Really watch for your cervical fluid. I would suggest getting internet cheapies for OPK's. But what CD are you on now? Maybe you should take an HPT?

I'm on cd 33 af arrived today but I can tell depo is working its way out cause i finally tried to ovulate yay lol I'm suppose to ovulate again the 23 of this month some people on depo don't get periods back this fast so I'm one of the few that did I hope I ovulate this next time what kinda of internet cheapies do you reccommend?
