I know this has been asked before, but we have a lot of new people!

How will you tell your DH that you're pregnant? Do you have any cool ideas planned? How will you tell everyone else that you're pregnant?

My DH is usually with me when I test. Everyone else usually just finds out but my mom and grandma have intuition I think and they can tell by small changes. I cant surprise anyone. Id love to though. I would love to hear some ideas.

Yeah, last time we found out in the hospital and were together, since I was active with Army my unit was going to find out through my hospital paperwork, so I just posted it on Facebook. This time I want to do something cute

If it happens this cycle, then we are going to have reveal pictures done during Jamison's 6 month pictures. If I can hold off testing till I get back from out of town, then I might put a bunch of pink and blue balloons in our bedroom for him to find when he gets home from work.

Aw, that would be cute to get the reveal pics done. This time we are going to try to wait to tell people until we know the gender. IF I can wait that long and not look too pregnant by then, haha.

You found out early with Jakob though right? I couldnt wait that long though. Haha Plus I was showing by the time we found out at 16 weeks.

I usually test while DH is at work & I don't usually tell him till I have it confirmed by the doctors test & since my doctore only does blood test it's usually the week after I find out. All our babies/pregnancys were special but since this will be our last ( I think) I will make the reveal super cute to him and too family I won't tell till I'm 12/13weeks. I'm really hoping for a June/July baby. So if it doesn't happen this cycle I'm okay with that. If it happens this cycle that would be awesome & I could take reveal pics at the end of October with our family pics :-)

I am not sure how I will tell DH. I would really like to do something fun but I usually just blurt it out. I like the balloon idea, that would be really fun!

As far as everybody else, we have a few ideas. I was thinking about putting a hamburger or hot dog bun in the oven and just taking a picture of it. Then, we will print out the picture to show our families, and we will just put it in with other pictures of the kids and have them look through the pictures. We will wait and let them figure it out. Then, we we are ready to announce on FB, I will just post the picture on there and see how long it takes people to get it.

DH will probably find out right after I test. I don't know about family - DH has said to wait until I'm 12 or 13 weeks. This theoretically shouldn't be hard since we live across the country from them (We're in NYC, they're near Chicago), but I talk to my mom all the time, and we will likely see them sometime during that period anyway since we see them every two or three months - I don't think I would be able to keep it secret!

So we'll see. As for everyone else? I don't know that I'll do a big facebook reveal, but we'll see how I feel when the time comes.

Yeah, I found out before 4 weeks even because it was a blood test and was an accident! Haha.

I was thinking about slowly putting things on Facebook and seeing how long it takes people to catch on. Not exactly saying I'm pregnant, but hinting at it, haha.

Ohhhh, yes we found out just before 18 weeks. But you can never be positive when it's that early. Well, as we all found out, you can never be positive until they're born!

Actually this made me curious so I went through my pregnancy book, we found out at 16 weeks! Haha

Kelsey- its quite difficult, bc I really want to blurt it out, but then again im really cautious because he didn't believe me when I told him i was pg with our son ( we'd only been together 3 months, we didn't start DTD untill mid/late march, I was on bc & he used a condom, and I found out I was pg in early April) so we went to the DR twice lol :-)

My DH will most likely be out in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico so I will prob send him a pic of the BFP As for telling everyone else I am going to make shirts for each of my kids. DD will have a #1 on it DS will have a #2 on it and then I will make a onsie for the new one with a #3 on it. Im gonna take a picture of each of them indivdually and make it into a collage a send it out to everyone

DH might be there when I test, not sure yet. If it happens this cycle, and he is not with me when I test, I will tell him when we go out for dinner on my birthday.

As far as telling our parents, I see my IL's so often that I might just tell them face to face, but since my mom lives kinda far, I might send her a bib that says something like " I love my grandma".

When it comes to everyone else... I'm not sure. Facebook, if I still have one by then, I will drop hints, like pics of baby clothes and shoes I buy on my page.

I think I'll just blurt it out to DH probably. Hopefully for my parents and in-laws I'd really love to send out a ultrasound picture in a Christmas ornament (that is if I'm pregnant by Christmas this year)

I found out the sex of both my girls at 16 weeks and they were both correct.

This pregnancy, for telling DH, I plan on making a dinner reservation at the place we went to on our first date. I got him a gift with two books about fatherhood, etc. I also got a card with an old photo of a woman on her porch with the milkman and inside the card it says "I'm Pregnant". I hope he likes it. I am hoping the waiter can bring out the gift to him so he doesn't suspect, lol. otherwise I will sneak to the restroom and out to the car and get it.

I plan on telling him the day I find out because I know I won't be able to keep it in. I already bought the stuff, lol.

I'll just tell him. It will be a scary time so we won't be settled with it until first scan.

Fb will know with first scan.

Family will be told anytime after you girls and Tony.
