Im going to start my OPKs but I forget when to take them? How many do I take per day and at what time is the best??

I'd start now, once a day in the afternoon. Never used fmu.

Then if you are it going noticeably darker twice s day.

And when you do twice a day do you do like morning and afternoon? Afternoon evening? Is it good to do it at the same time every day? or just whenever.

These OPKs are from a while ago and I threw the sheet away that came with it. DUH

When mine got darker I took one with my smu and then another at like 4ish in the afternoon...and I'm not going to lie I did a couple at like 9 at night too when the lines were the same color bc I just wanted to know and be as accurate as possible.

I 'd also say start now... and agree with clare, no FMU. I did mine 3 times a day when I started seeing major color and knew i should be o'ing soon.

I usually do SMU and then before bed when they get darker.

I usually do FMU, SMU and late afternoon or SMU, late afternoon and before bed when I am noticing them getting darker.
