I have stopped all caffeine and I'm very careful about what I eat. I used to come home and have a glass of wine sometimes but now I only drink socially and I only have one glass.

Also started taking my prenatals. I try to exercise 3 times a week but I started that before the wedding. Sometimes I don't make it to 3 but it's nice to have a goal!

Back in 2002 when I started ttc I stopped smoking (started when I have up ttc and stopped 2 years ago) I drank more water and limited drinking spirits and stayed on larger. I exercised more and drank more water and ate more veg.

None of it worked though but hell my health benefited. Lol.

I have started taking vitamins. I stopped drinking sodas and sugarry drinks. Mostly I drink flavored water or green tea. I dont eat fast foods as much as before. Im hoping all this helps.

I have never smoked or drank alcohol. I have a liver disease. So i have to keep it healthy.

Nope, I haven't changed anything. I nursed DD until I was 3 months pregnant with DS and I am still nursing DS once a day, so I pretty much still live as if I have been pregnant.

It's pretty wild to think that my body has not been my own in almost 4 years now.

Vitamins and such, but I also think it has made me spend more quality time enjoying ds, unfortunatly I think it has also made me isolate myself a lot more than I did before I need to work on that.

I eat more fruits and veggies. I am also taking prenatals. Other than that, not much else. I wish I had more motivation to exercise, but I might limit it to just walks.

Not really. We've made some diet changes (less carbs, less soda, etc.) unrelated to TTC, but I'm sure it helps.

I try to eat better. I drink a lot of water (but I was doing that before, since I got on this health kick )

I take vitamins, completely cut out any caffeine/sodas (I've never drank coffee and I really don't drink alcohol much anymore, don't smoke). I exercise 4-5 times a week instead of 7 which I felt was too much.
