Back in 2002 when I started ttc I stopped smoking (started when I have up ttc and stopped 2 years ago) I drank more water and limited drinking spirits and stayed on larger. I exercised more and drank more water and ate more veg.
None of it worked though but hell my health benefited. Lol.

I try to eat better. I drink a lot of water (but I was doing that before, since I got on this health kick )
I take vitamins, completely cut out any caffeine/sodas (I've never drank coffee and I really don't drink alcohol much anymore, don't smoke). I exercise 4-5 times a week instead of 7 which I felt was too much.
