I just had a loss so I know my body is trying to get itself figured out, but I'm so uncomfortable. My boobs ache like I'm in my 2ww, I've been having mild cramping, back pain, tons of gas, even when I barely eat anything, super tired but horrible insomnia, and I've had a aHUGE increase of CM. Like, I've never has this much wetness in my day to day life ever. Its so strange. I thought I Oed a few daysago but idk if it was a fluke or what because it was really too soon after loosing the baby, but I got a pos opk. I deft feel like I'm in the 2ww...feels like af is gonna show any second. So much emotional symptoms too....I feel like just hitting people....lmao

OK guys I'm sorry my rant is over.

I'm sorry your feeling like this hunni. Could the positive opk be from hcg in your body still? With my late first t loss I was still getting bfp for 3 weeks after. Xxx

Went to the doctor they said it was all out of my blood. Took an hpt it came out bfn. But that was yesterday so maybe when I took the opk it this wasn't the case. Idk why I even took that opk its done nothing but give me a headache! Haha

awww hunni. That's good it's gone but yes might not have been the case.

I was told not to mess with opk until I have 2 negative hpt. My first cycle was a 20 day mess.

Itf your going to be actively ttc then chart your cm with your opk.

We know you have no trouble getting pregnant so knowing when you o, how long your lp is etc etc can help. It can also help with dates for your next bfp.

Once my body gets back into a regular cycle, I'm super regular.....I mean never off by more than a day or two. But this go round I'm going to make a habit of temping. I've done opks for years and tracked my cm but maybe temping can help somehow. I'm doing my best to be positive, but I'm feeling all kinds of funky!

Once my first af after this loss is over, I'm going to start temping and posting my chart.....but I'm horrible at reading charts so I'm gonna need all you ladies to study it for me hahsha. Its the only reason I've never kept a regular chart...I just can't get it ha!

I love charting. I hate it at the moment but I love what it tells you. X I'm sure we will all pitch in. Can't wait. Your first step to holding your rainbow baby. X

It took some time for my body to adjust after my loss, too. It was crazy and all over the place. I would definitely chart, though. It's showed and taught me soooo much.
