I had a little shift this morning, nothing TOO crazy, just a few tenths of a degree. But it got me thinking about triphasic temps! How drastic of a shift would it be if it WAS triphasic? More than a few tenths right? And 6 DPO is WAY too early right??

I think you can see what Im getting at

Triphasic is a second level of higher temps.

This sometimes signals implantation. It can happen from 8-12 dpo when the egg starts to implant. Of course you can always have a rouge lower temps or a random spike.

If you look at your last cycle, it did the same and then sadly lowered as you came to the end of your cycle. Good luck this cycle and I hope this is it for you. x

Can you guys look at my chart again? This isnt enough of a shift to be considered potentially triphasic right?

Im having no more symptoms and losing hope for some reason...boo.

Your chart is very pretty :-) & IMO I would your there or at least almost. Clare would be able to tell you for sure. But I think as long as you temps stay up in the range, you have reached that phase.

I'm not an expert at reading charts, but to me that's triphasic.
Good luck!
